Does anyone have a suggestion? I had back surgery 6 months ago. All went well and I'm feeling great - during the day - but at night my back tenses up so tremendously that the pain wakes me. As soon as my feet hit the floor, I'm fine.
I know it's tension but just don't know what to do to calm it while I sleep. I'm on anxiety meds (for other purposes). Is it possible an increased dosage would help or does anyone know of anything else that might help the tension while I sleep?

Good Idea. I'll try it. I thought those were just for leg cramps though. No?
