How bad can allergies make you feel if you're not going through the stuffy/runny, sneezy that much? I have sinus pressure and man my ear hurts alittle, my neck hurts alittle, headach comes and goes. Does this sound like allergies?

Could be allergies, or a virus. Your ears hurt because of your sinuses...and your neck hurts because of your ears...least last time my ears decided to get really congested, my neck hurt...so that's my guess.

It could be allergies or it could be sinusitis. How long have you had these symptoms?

you should do an ilimination diet and see what food causes this..start by eating plain chicken, plain fish(just salt) and, steamed veggies for one week..and, start eating..grains and, dairy..nuts etc..fruits..etc..
