I take a vitamin b 100 complex every morning for about a year now and here is my problem: about 2 hours after I take it, if I don't take it on a completely full stomach, I get lightheaded, nausous and my face turns really red. I wanted to maybe start taking it after dinner to avoid this, but is that an o time to take it? Are you supposed to take it in the morning to give you energy throughout the day, and if you take it at night will it defeat the purpose? Thanks

The flush you're getting is from the niacin. Harmless.
Instead of a B-100, try something a little less like a B-50 or lower, then you could take it morning and evening for a more even balance in your system. Personally, I like the kind I take--it's less than a B-50 and it is a "coenzymated" form (vits are already in their active form).
Good luck.
