Is this is a good cardio machine? I have heard that it makes womens hips larger??? Im sure its just a myth... Is there a better machine to use for cardio? I try and do 40-50 mintues of cardio a day... either running, elliptical, or bike... most of the time i break up the time between all 3... is this a good routine, or should i just focus on one over another?

I tend to swtich between the Precor Crosstrainer and the recubant bike just for variation so I don't get bored. I don't know if it matters or if one is better than the other. Good Luck

It depends on what you are trying to do. If you want to build endurance while losing weight then go for running or the glider for the majority of your time. If you want to build normal endurance and want to loose weight too then whatever keeps you motivated and coming back. haha. 40-45 minutes is good. try to build up to a hour to give your self a goal. Slowly though. Good luck and keep up the good work.
