Hi everyone
I am trying to start getting in the grove of taking vitamins and am wondering if adults can take the flinestone vitamins for kids? And will I get what I need from these or do I have to take twice as much as a kid would?
Probably stupid question but I hate pills.
Thanks!

Hi
I would not take children's vitamins as an adult. Nature's Plus makes a very good adult chewable multi vitamin and a liquid adult vitamin. The make a very good cal mag too in both chewable and liquid. These are amust better choice.
