I can sure relate to the messages on this board. I've always had problems with inept, inconsiderate and unethical people. The trouble is I don't think I'm unjustified in my anger. Some people plain irk me by their actions. I won't go into detail as to who these people are because if you deal with anger like I do, you already know who I'm talking about. I know I can't fly off the handle every time I'm pushed because I'm the one that would end up being led away in cuffs. So I harbor it all inside and mutter to myself an awful lot. My sister, knowing my attributes since early childhood, recently bought me a humorous book on revenge letters filled with pages that address just about anybody I can think of that twists my knots. There's truth to what psychologists say about writing letters when you're angry with someone. It does help to subside anger. Only this book has prewritten letters. You don't have to lift a pen. I feel I now have this power to get even with certain imbeciles if I really wanted to and this has helped me to actually laugh away some of my situations. I haven't mailed out anything - yet. If you aren't the type to write a letter yourself, get the book. It's called First Class Revenge by Hugh D. Zervitt. We got it directly from the publisher at www.firstclassrevenge.com. (http://www.firstclassrevenge.com.) Amazon.com also has it. I hope this post helps.
