hey! today is one of the most beautiful days we've ever had in a long time. its 8:00 in the mornin rite now and i had a big bowl of raisin bran and apple juice. Once this digests, can i go for a run? I kno i have to gain weight and shouldnt do alot of cardio but by golly i just have the urge! i dont want to run to burn calories or nething, i want to run for the enjoyment and to improve my running skills for physed and baseball. when im done i'll eat something high in calories to make up for what i burned. can i do this everyday , but eat even more calories? i still need to have speed in me. if i do this every morning(if the weathers peachy) and do my weight training at around 3:00 and eat alot, ill still gain weight while increasing my endurance speed??

Well, i went for a run that lasted 20 minutes. i actually ran 20 minutes without stopping..i was quite impressed. it felt so good to be outside and enjoy the fresh air! i think ill go again tomrrow mornin' if the weather cooperates. I really want to be fast and fit for baseball season cuz i think us ladies r having a provincial girls team which i think would be great:)

that's great! since you say you're interested in baseball/softball, you should start working on sprints which would help you with base raining and playing in the infield/outfield.

go for a run you are doing it because you love it and feel good not for weight control up or down.

I know what you mean when the weather is nice I feel the same way jsut have to get out there and enjoy it with a long walk with some running thrown in.
