good toning moves for inner thigh -
- lie on your back, arms by your sides. lift your legs into the air, knees slightly bent. make sure your lower back is touching the floor. then bring your legs outwards and slowly in again. its not very lady like! but its good, and you can feel it working as you repeat the move.
- lie on your side, propping your head on your hand. lie the upper leg over the lower leg so that its on the floor. then lift the lower leg up and slowly lower it down. that targets the upper thigh, and if you bend the lower leg back whilst lifting, it makes it harder and works further up the thigh. repeat.
