Over the past 6 months I have started a pretty strict diet of limiting carb intake and also started excercising 2-3 times per week. Only eating very healthy natural foods, fruits and veggies and chicken/tuna type stuff. I have noticed a remarkable difference. I started out at 5'5 150 I am now 142 6 months later but oddly enough my waste size has shrunk from a 32 to a 29. I have also become pretty cut as well. I still have a lil bit of belly I am trying to loose but am finding it impossible but I will keep working on that.

Within the past 10 days I started on a muscletech carb control creatine routine. Did the load for 5 days and now drinking 2 a day. I also mix in a TRAC creatine for pre workout regimine and follow my workouts with a Whey Protein smoothie with yogurt and mixed berries and skim milk. I have been working out heavy weights pretty hard, legs and upper body as well 4-5 days a week. I also take and Omega 3-6-9 complex and a multivitamin and an extra amino complex.

Results - I seem to have better recovery and a little more energy during and after my workouts and the following days BUT, I feel like my body is losing it's definition and I appear to look a little softer. I really do not like what I am seeing and am a bit nervous. Could I be doing something wrong?

PLEASE HELP!
