Recently I've been getting this stinging feeling in my shins after just walking 10-15 minutes. It gets quite unbearable and when I reach my destination, the muscles in the bottom-half of my legs are all tight and tense.
Any idea as to why this is happening // ways to prevent this?

How much walking do you do at a time? Do you wear shoes that provide adequate support?
Are you taking time to stretch, especially your your calves and the muscle that runs down the front of your shin?
