Hello All,
I am angry at most times outside in the parking lot before and after school I am ready to blow up scream etc. The teacher and my friends tell me that I need to calm down. My teacher tells me that I am Paranoid because I think people are talking about me when they really aren't. Like for an example I have an inturrpter in class to help me with the work and my teacher and inturrpter were talking and I asked if they were talking about me. I never had this problem when I was in high school. Only that in high school I was hyper and couldn't get settle down. I graduated high school in 2000. I don't know what my problem is. Can anyone help me and give me advise on what to do? Thanks!

Road rage.. hmmmm

If you think people are talking about you when they arent thats a bad sign. Obviously it effects you socially and mentally. Can you go get an evaluation from a psychologist?

Sounds like you're in college now? It may be anxiety issues that you are dealing with. I don't know what I would do if I was deaf and could not be sure if someone was talking about me or not. I guess as a hearing person I would ignore it anyway. Maybe you should not worry if people are talking about you as it could be in a good way. Take a few deep breaths when you feel angry and try to put your focus where it belongs at that moment. If I haven't helped, I'm sorry, but if you give a little more detail, maybe I can help more.

Have you been to a doctor to be checked for anxiety attacks, adhd, or depression?
