I am trying to get 30 minutes a day of treadmill walking. Not on an incline. Is 2- 15 minutes sessions the same as 1-30 minute session. I am type 2 diabetic. My treadmill reads I burn 30 carbs in the 15 minutes I walk. I do not think I could do 30 minutes at one time. Thankyou for your input.

I have read in a magazine, Men's fitness I think, that studies have shown that 3-10 minute sessions of exercise has the same benefits as 1-30 minute session. So I would assume that 2-15 minute sessions would be fine. :)

that should be fine. I had a nutritionist come into a class of mine in school and she said 30min a day is good and it doesnt have to be all at once...

id say do 1 workout at most, cause in the long run working out multiple times in a day will get to be very annoying so do something you know you can stick with, .

this would be a good base to start with. but with time, you have to push yourself harder. set goals for yourself and build up to them. You say you can't walk for 30 minutes at a time, your first goal should be to walk for 20 minutes straight, then 30, and then to start a little jogging and so on...
