I've always been a person with a short fuse,
but lately I have been under a lot of stress causing me to act out more often
I don't even realise what I say and how I say it
untill it's too late
But the thing that makes me http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/blob_fire.gif is when somebody tells me that I need to "grow up"
Doesn't matter how many times I explain my situation to them, they still think I can control it at will.
Oh yeah I really like to be http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/blob_fire.gif off all the time!

I'm starting a magnesium treatment this week, and it's said that magnesium deficiency can cause personality changes that relate to stress levels

Sorry needed to vent

There's no reason to be sorry for sharing http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif

Are you doing anything about that stress itself?

All the best -

Luckily I've got some vacation coming up in november...
I have been working alot lately, september & october 200h a month just because my boss can't handle it

A couple of doctors have suggested some form of therapy, but I don't want to talk about the stuff that gives me stress, I've been talking for three years now
I know what causes it, but I can't just dump the last bit of family I have left

On top of that I've been grinding my jaws to pieces and have a headache for the last four days

Ain't life a beauty?

Vacation sounds great, but it probably won't solve the whole thing - or?

I think I understand your frustration.
But, if you don't want therapy (talking) and if you don't want to dump your family maybe there is another solution?

Something that can help you embrace whatever you are feeling, stay in the moment but not let it overwhelm you and stress you too much.
Like meditation of a kind? (preferably a rather physical kind, like Tai Chi).

You've got to do something... I believe that's what your body is trying to tell you...
That's the real beauty of life http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif

Good luck and all the best!
