Just got a CBC report back, and my MPV is listed as 0.0 on a range of 7.4 to 10.4. My doc is on vacation so I can't ask him what this could mean. Any ideas?

What does a low MPV count represent. I currently have a mass growing in my right kidney...between a Bosniak 2 & a Bosniak 3. Does this have anything to do with this problem in my kidney.
