i take toprol xl 25mg

I cant remember if i took them tonight or not, i checked the pills and i counted one more than was supposed to be if i did take it, so i took it, tho im kinda worried that i may have taken one more than i should have. Tho i felt like i was forgetting something when i realized about my meds. should i relax and not worry if i did take one more or do ya think its just in my head?

I think you should get you one of those little plastic pill containers that have the day of the week on them. That way you will definitely know whether you've taken your pill or not. Also, since you are on 25mg missing one or maybe taking one extra probably won't do great harm this one time, but it's not something that you don't want to happen on a regular basis.
