I know there is a type of als that occurs in teenagers but i'm not sure about being born with it.... What age is the child?

No- You can not be born with ALS.
It is something that develops. The cause is not know, however it looks as if there has to be some type of trigger to make it start- whether that be a virus or something else with the bodies system.

please explore the similarities with lyme. it has been said to be inherited at conseption.

Check out the effects of MSG, Aspartame and other excitotoxins.

MSG has been shown to cause neurological damage.

Do some serious research on MSG.
