Im right there with ya Bob..............i've been so sleepy myself since this started with me last November. I don't know whats causing me all my problems, but i'm pretty sure it has ALOT to do with allergies. I didn't know they could make people feel so bad. Do you have the classic symptoms?? sneezing, watery eyes....etc..........only thing i have is watery eyes.....foggy head, dizzy at times.

Yes I do. I don't mind the symptoms with the exception of being so tired. Like other people have stated, I feel like I'm in a fog. I'm so exhausted that it's hard to make it through the day. Sometimes at work on my lunch hour I will take a nap, I'm out in 3 minutes. Also, when I get this tired I get real cranky. I hate that because my friends, family and co-workers are the recipient of my bad mood.

Thoughts?

do you have seasonal allergies? If so, try to be hopeful because your symptoms will only be temporary for the year. also, is it a side effect from an allergy medication you are on? i'm on zyrtec which makes me sleepy, so i take it at night- i'm still tired during the day, but i compromise and tell myself it's better to be tired than to be very uncomfortable from congestion all the time. hang in there.
