I've read on various sites that certain types of vitamins can mess up the effective ness of BC.

I'm on Tri-Sprintec, and I really need to start taking a multi-vitamin, because my potasium level as been low, and I forget to eat the banana, or drink OJ, or buy it at the store. I'll remember a pill better.

I also took the "ONCE A DAY TEEN" vitamins and it make me so sick to my stomache. Any good multi-vitamins, that wont interfer with the BC?

It's not certain if multi-vits affect the pill, but there isn't thought to be an interaction.

Any multi-vit should be efficient. I use the generic One A Day for women, which is packed with extra iron. Really though, most multi-vits are very similar.
