I know platelets have to do with blood clot time. If your platelet count is less than the range of 140 to 440 what do you eat to increase the platelet count???
Thanks---Harry

My count was 135 with normal being 150. I had half of my colon removed last year and had anemia for about 6 months. I took iron and a liver supplement. My RBC--5.1, hemoglobin--15.8, WBC and hematocrit is all in the normal range. My doctor thinks the reading is really a low normal but I have started taking a liguid liver extract again. Thanks---Harry |
