For last 2 months I've suffered from: anorexia, fatigue, intermittent diarrhea, anaphylactic-type reactions to foods containing ammonia, pain in left shoulder and scapula, joint pain, stiffness, eye pain & sinus pain, along with a long history of left-sided migraines. Fibromyalgia big time, especially in left scapula. Occasional pain in sternum, thought it was my heart, but seems to be bone.

All my blood work is normal, including a heavy metals panel, except for a 15 year history of high neutrophils and low lymphocytes.

Now I also have low monocytes and high bilirubin and albumin. The latter 2 I attribute to my poor diet right now, eating only a handful of "safe" foods that don't trigger reactions, which include bronchospasm, flushing, tachycardia, difficulty breathing, mental confusion and tremor, lasting several hours.

Past history: endometriosis at 24, lifetime of very heavy periods, 2 C-sections, mild asthma, drug sensitivities, shingles of left cranial nerve and facia paralysis 2 years ago that resolved after 8 weeks, 1 baseball sized dermoid tumor, left ovary & left fallopian tube removed 6 months ago.

Five days after surgery I had a severe "reaction" after eating only hash brown potatoes that sent me to the hospital. They suspected a fistula but were wrong.

At work 2 months ago I was exposed to the smell of ammonia which sent me to the hospital, another reaction. I as unable to return to work and then could not even tolerate the smell of ammonia from a baby diaper for almost a month.

At that time, I had trouble with my urinary tract and was having pain in kidneys, urine was reddish brown and very smelly but doctors said not kidney problem.

Endocrinologist tested for pheochromocytoma, systemic mastocytosis and chromafin tumors, all negative. T4 test was so high he thought lab messed up. Repeated T4 shows levels high. Other thyroid tests were normal. Recent brain, sinus CT's and abdominal ultrasounds, waiting for results.

I am 41, female, 116 lbs. and feel like a mess. Any suggestions on where to look? I feel like I am anemic too.
