I have always been aware that I may be at risk for a blood clot. I'm 23, I work at a desk all day and I've been on birth control for almost 3 years (depo-provera, the shot that you get every 3 months.)

Anyway, I was exercising today and as soon as I was done I felt a strange pain in my calf. It wasn't severe at all, but it was very sudden. As i stood up and walked around I started sweating and my right arm became tingly and cool. Not quite pins and needles, but close. The pain in my leg went away, but the pins-and needles feeling is slowly getting more noticeable.

Is this something I should be worried about? Should I call a doctor? I'm sorry if this sounds strange but these are sensations I've never felt before and I'm a little nervous! :-)

You definetly need to see you doctor, you don't want to mess around with that. Better safe than sorry.
