Last night I finally gave in and bought the core secrets at target. I am THRILLED with my purchase so far. I did my 1st workout on it this morning. I love it. ANd that ball is awesome. I swear I have been sitting on the thing all day.!!:) It is fun!!! ANyway..I am military and there is a Major at my unit. When she is in her office she never uses a chair. ALways her balnce ball. I think I see now how and why. Anyone else do this.
I think I ma really going to enjoy this workout. My only concern would be reaching a plateu but that is a ways off..:)
