Hello,

I've been reading again!!! While searching the differences between BP1 and BP2 to see which one applied to me, I came across something called BAD (Bi-polar affected disorder) After reading the symptoms, this one sounds more like me. Does anyone out there in Cyber-space know anything about this one? I've not heard of it before.

Thank you, Thank you very much! (in my Elvis voice)
Terry :)

I believe bipolar disorder and bipolar affective disorder are the same thing. I just did a search online to answer your question.

Hi Terry !!!

I came way late and a dollar short on this one...

My first instinct was to say "affective" - and I see someone beat me to the punch...

Speaking of punches ~ the B.A.D. reference made me think along my usual lines (only lines are straight and my thoughts tend to be circular ~ no offense to Socrates)...

I always wanted to be a B.A.D.-A.S.S., only when I finally got IBS ~ I realized it wasn't all it was cracked-up to be !!!

Did that make sense ??? Heather - if you give a thumbs-down on this one, I'm NOT going to delete it !!!

* B.A.D.-A.S.S. = Bowel And Digestive Anti-Social Syndrome ????? Come on folks, I know I'm reaching here, but at least I'm not squeezin' the freakin' Charmin !!! :D

The names are synonymous like the others said, but I really like the acronym BAD. It fits perfectly! :D
