Has anyone here tried TrimSpa X32?? If so, did it help you lose weight? I am currently working out every day and eating healthier, I am 5'7 1/2" and I have gone from 185 to 175 within the last month/month and a half. I am just looking for a little help with losing actual fat faster. I would appreciate any suggestions if anyone has any.

I did try it briefly but couldn't stand it. It made me too jittery and I just didn't feel well so I quit after just a few days.
If you are looking for something like that though, I have heard good things about Leansystem7 and Musclean. Good luck. :)
