How long does it take for your stomach to shrink after you start eating less?

In my experience, it's taken 4-5 days, max.

seems rediculous, so what you are saying is that if I start to eat less today, my stomach will get smaller within 4-5 days and I will eat less automatically and I will feel full sooner? I should start this.

It isn't 'rediculous'. Stomachs expand themselves as you shovel food in, and when you keep doing it, it stretches itself out semi-permenantly. If you stop eating a lot for about a week, your appetite will go down and will remain down as long as you eat within your means. If you go back to your old portions, it'll stretch again and you'll be back to where you started from.
