While I was at the gym tonight, it said on the scale that I had lost around 13 pounds, I believe I weighed myself last about a month or a little over ago. My friend told me when I saw her a few weeeks ago that it looked like I had gained weight, so I'm not sure if I should believe what the scale is saying. Is it possible to have lost most of that in water weight? It's hard to believe because I havent noticed that any of my clothes are fitting any better.
If the scales are right, I would have lost in total about 63 pounds. I noticed a significant change in my clothes after losing the 50, so is it possible that there just isnt a big difference in the way your clothes fit after losing 13 pounds?
Sorry if this is confusing. Thanks for any help.

You're doing fine. It takes quite a bit of weight to make a difference in clothing size. I've a friend who was on Atkins and lost nothing for pants size after 30lbs. After losing 110lbs, I'm down from a 44 to a 36. I've still got about 40lbs to go before I reach my goal. I'm a couple inches from fitting into a 34 (I'm a guy, mind you, so my sizes will be different). However, it's coming along slowly. With clothing, you just have to ignore it and wait for that belt to get tighter and tigher until ... wham! You've dropped a size.
Keep up the great, work, though. You're doing fine. Just keep the faith and keep it up. Those are the most important things. You've nowhere to go but better, so if you keep working at it, no matter how slowly, it'll come. Just keep your goal in mind.
