does it matter to much if i dont take the pill at the exact same time every day?

I read you're supposed to take it within two hours of the same time. For example, if you took it at 9:00 a.m. on Monday and 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 37 hours have gone by in between pills. At a crucial time in the cycle, there may not be enough hormones present on Tuesday to prevent pregnancy.

I take it everyday at the same time or within 30 minutes. If I don't I might start or you run a chance of pregnancy. My cell phone has an alarm so I program it so I don't forget.

I would say as long as it is within the same 2 hour time frame or so you should be ok, unless your body does not properly metabolize the pill OR if you are taking a progestin only pill.
