hello everyone
i am having pain in my right lateral knee area while doing squats. oddly enough it is on the decent as opposed to the lift and it feels like some kind of tendon maybe popping? is there some kind of modified version that is easier on the knee? pain might not be the right word to describe it , but it is definatly uncomfortable.

Experiment with a wider or narrower stance, try switching foot position as well.( pointing toes in or out)

Also make sure the kne doesnt pass the fron of the toe on decent.
