I finally (hooray!) weigh exactly what I want to weigh at this point. I have lost my baby weight simply by doing ballet and pilates. I really would like to start including some cardio but do not want to lose any more weight. ( I want to look healthy, not skinny.) Do any of you know how much cardio, i.e., cylce, running, I could do per week with my ballet and pilates where the muscle attained from that would balance out the weight lost from cardio and I'd stay at my current weight?
