I finally (hooray!) weigh exactly what I want to weigh at this point. I have lost my baby weight simply by doing ballet and pilates. I really would like to start including some cardio but do not want to lose any more weight. ( I want to look healthy, not skinny.) Do any of you know how much cardio, i.e., cylce, running, I could do per week with my ballet and pilates where the muscle attained from that would balance out the weight lost from cardio and I'd stay at my current weight? TIA for any advice! Best wishes to you all! Hill'y

That varies from person to person depending on metabolism and genetics. You will have to gauge how much you need to do to maintain based on whether you lose more weight (or gain). But for health, 30 minutes 2-3 times a week for maintenance is about right. Doesn't have to be high intensity. Just enough to keep your heart rate up.
