My breast have been very tender since taking b.c. (estrostep), just wondering if anyone else experiences the same? It stays tender to the touch all the time since taking b.c., just wanting to know if it's normal when taking b.c.

Yes they will cause breast pain. Birth control contains hormones. It is normal however if it does not get better or bothers you to much get a low does control. Kay

i'm on estrostep as well & my boobs have been sore since i started. not as bad as they used to get before my period...just a little sore & i think they are a little swollen or something....look a little bigger.

All from the pill. A side effect per say. You just may be very sensitive.

Mine does seem a lot bigger to, I kinda like that part, but the pain:(. It's weird cuz I use to take yasmin and it has a higher dose of hormones than the estrostep but I didn't have breast pain and swelling. I had to stop the yasmin after 6 mths cuz of my period turning Really dark and scary.

My breast are sore and tender ALL the time. I am on Estrostep as well. I haven't had a period in three months. The breast thing is killing me, because they are cystic as well. Sometimes wearing a bra hurts. I am a 36 D so I HAVE to wear one. Anyone have any ideas to alleve pain??? I have cut back on caffeine, only one cup a day, and upped my water intake. THis is suppose to help with the cyst but the pain is always there.
