Next week I will be seeing a doc that practices integrative med. Blood tests are done to check for food intolerances, allergies, hormone levels, nutritional and mineral status...... You are given a diet plan, supplements and sometimes medication. Has anyone done this? I would love to hear from someone thats been there already. Thx, mb :)
