Im having a minor dilemma here... Im really starting to see my abs but my birthday is coming wednesday and I havent had anything bad to eat literally since Xmas.. Just wondering would one day of bad eating set me back any because on my birthday I may say ill resist but I know for a fact Im gonna eat until I pass out. Im a pretty skinny guy(5'9" 136) but you dont even wanna see how much I can really eat when deprived of junk for so long...
So anyway can anyone answer if Id suffer any setback, abdominal wise, eating insanely bad one day.

how about treating youself, with some limits. Instead of gorging, have some things you like and draw the line. Either way, I think you should enjoy your birthday, and if you do go overboard, it wont undo all your hard work!

it gets to be pretty hard when you really limit yourself and the mind begins to play games with you. before you know it, you're head first in a buffett of junk food because you just can't take it anymore. I'm the same height as you and weight about 40 more pounds so you are a bit skinny. I wouldn't worry too much about having some junk food. Especially since it's your birthday!

It's called a cheat day. Embrace it. If you have really been eating clean straight through the last 4 months, a cheat day might actually do some good (if you're not competing anytime soon). Just keep it a little controlled and remember that one pound of fat requires an excess of 3500 calories (in addition to BMR and how much you burn with activity during the day) so unless you go crazy-nuts, you will do minimal damage. The worst thing you will have to worry about is water retention for a couple days and a possible "carb hangover" depending on what you eat.

I think I would be feeling sick after all of that.

I would definitely be sick since my body isn't use to those type of foods anymore. Makes me sick just thinking of it! But as long as you enjoyed it that's all that counts!
