I was just wondering, does anyone know or would suggest the amount of time you should wait after eating before exercising? I wasn't sure if the '45 minute rule' is just an old wives tale, or if that's really the minimum time you should wait. There's been a few days that I had dinner and went running fifteen minutes later, and felt fine. Would you say that's okay to do?
