ALL forms of birth control can POTENTIALLY cause weight loss.

I think the last poster meant to say that all forms of birth control can potentially cause weight gain. If that's so, she's definately right but it seems that Depo is the worse of them all from what I've been reading.

Unfortunately there is no right answer for you, until you find it. I have heard that the lower dose estrogen pills help. My doctor personally wanted to put me on ortho cyclen because she said it would help the weight gain and acne that the depo caused. I didn't agree and went with alesse, which I still have not started. I plan to start it today, so I will let you know. Part of me wants to stop pills all together, but I am not ready for bad periods again, because I have endometriosis. I hope you find your answer.
