I have very thin hair as I've already told in my previous post before this one, could somebody please recommend something to make my hair thicker?? I take Hair Energizer suppliments to make my hair grow faster, however, it doesn't make it thicker. If anyone could suggest anything, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks. I'm just tired of having really thin hair, I'd like it to be a little thicker.

Biotin is supposed to increase the diamater of your hair and make it feel and appear thicker. I guess it's good for fine hair.

Hi,
I have been taking ultra nourishair supplement from GNC for about a month and I think it's kinda helping my hair. It dosen't look so thin as before. I also have been using Paul Mitchell 's super strong shampoo and conditor and it make my hair look fuller and it feels much more softer than before. Good luck on what u choose.

Danielle05,
Do your hair energizer supliment really make your hair grow faster? I was told by my hair dresser that if you cut your hair when there is no moon that your hair will grow faster. If you cut it on a full moon your hair will grow slower. Huuummmm...........
