well i was wondering one thing. since the birth control pills during week four are just plasebo's does it really matter if you take them or not? i have heard that you can skip taking the pills for that week but i am not sure.

my guess is they are there for a reason. I too have heard the skip them deal. But if they are part of the pack i'll swallow em.

I never take the placebo pills. My pharmacist said that they did not contain any medicene and were just there to remind you when to start the next pack.

I never took them either... they are just there as a reminder.

I've read that some of the placebo pills contain iron. But they're not necessary. They say if you miss a placebo pill just throw it away and don't worry about it.

Far as I know they're only so you stick to the habit of taking them.
