I am avid weight-lifter and im starting to feel pains in both of my fore-arms at the same place, about 4-5 inches from elbow on the bottom of my arm. It's not a muscle pain so i assume it is a bone pain. Is there anything i can do to remedy this short of stop lifting. They hurt the most when i do Preacher-curls and Cable curls. Any suggestions would help.

It sounds like tendonitis of the tendons below the elbow where they join to the muscle. You might want to not do those curls for awhile & see if will get better. You could put heat or ice on your arms to take soreness out it might help.
