Can anyone tell me if this multi vitamin is a good one? I haven't been on vitamins for years, last time was when I was taking the flinestone vitamins like 15 yrs ago lol.. my gyn has told me to start on a daily multi vitamin, I never asked her her suggestion on what brand... can anyone guide me to the right supplement?!

It's a fine vitamin. I use the women's formulation.

It's a start but most likely 2/day, one at each meal, is more like it.

I use One a Day also. And I also take a Caltrate Calcium chewy each morning.

Those are actually not that affective, since they are made out of synthetics. I actually recommend the products at www.MaxHealthFoods.com instead.
