In the last few months, I've experienced an unusual amount of popping and cracking bones. Most occur in both my shoulders and more often first thing in the morning right after waking up. This occurs EVERY morning. Sometimes the popping even occurs in my lower back, but mostly in my shoulders. Any thoughts?

if that happaned to me i would freak out.. even though it is probably nothing to worry about...
Go to the doctors and have anything ruled out... if all is ok which i am sure it is.... then maybe it is your bed or the way you sleep at night..

Depending on where your bones are popping from, this could be the first signs if tendinitis. The bursa, that contains the fluids in the joint area, starts to swell. This will press on tendons, irritating them, and then all this starts those popping noises. 'Pop' along to your GP who will be familiar with the symptoms.

Gelatin will help to lubricate the POPS! I call it my WD40!!!!!!!!!!

LOL, WD40? Thats funny.
I get a popping in my knees sometimes when I stand up. It hurts for a couple seconds then goes away. Sometimes my friends and family can hear it to. :P
