Do you take your pills at the exact same time you always did when DST comes, which is today, or do you adjust the new time for the new hrs? That is what I did last time, so I started taking at 6 now instead of 7...now that clocks are 1 hr ahead, though can I go back to taking it at 7 since technically it hasn't been 24 hrs since my last dose (actually this is my "new" week since the last week was my inactive pills time when I got my period)

Good question! I usually take mine at 8am, so this morning 8am was really like 7am, so I took it at 8:30am. I' believe if you take it around the same time you'll be fine. I haven't had any problems today.

Same with me. I usually take it at 6pm and today I took it at 6pm (which with the time change was really 5pm)....I think that if you take the pill within the same hour or two every day, you're totally fine....I know people that just take it within a 6 hour period of time and they have been fine for years.
Hopefully an hour won't screw any of us up!!!

Just take your pill at your normal time. If you took it at 6 yesterday, take it at 6 today. One hour makes no difference.
