Okay, since today we had the time change,put our clocks ahead 1 hour. I take my pill everyday at 3pm. Since the time change, should I be taking it at 4 now, or just continue taking it at 3:00? I am confused help!!!!!!! Will it ruin the effectiveness or something now that I'm taking it at 3 still but my body feels like it should be 2:00?

If you are so concerned with keeping 24 hours between, take it at 4. The number time doesn't matter, its the number of hours. However, I don't think an hour is going to throw your body out of whack...

I would just continue taking it at 3. My dr. told me as long as it is within a couple hours then I'll be fine. I take mine when I wake up. Sometimes its at 7am and sometimes at around 9 or 10. :)
