View Full Version : Weak after blood loss

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can give me some advices.
Recently, I fainted and got a cut at the back of my head (slightly on the upper-left).
I was unconscious during the fall and was laying in a pool of blood before regaining consciousness. Got 4 stitches on the wound.
I was hospitalised for 2 days due to low blood pressure and dehydration.
I noticed that after this accident, I will have a headache on the left-side of the head once in a while. I will also feel weak and slightly giddy. Is this normal? Will the headaches fo away?

The reason why I fainted was because I had terrible stomach cramp. I used to have constipation problem and whenever I strain myself, I will faint. Now, whenever I have stomachache (having the urge to go to the toilet), I feel weak. Am I ok?
Pls advise.

With regards,
Dawn Lee.
