hey i was wondering if anyone knows about or has had a deviated septum. I broke my nose when i was a kid and since its been slightly crooked so now i want to see if i can fix it anyone have any advice or info? thanks

Dont do it, it's not worth the risk when you're not actually sick and are doing it just for looks.
I had it and ended up with meningitis... now that made me ill!!!!

I as well as several people I know have had their deviated septum kixed via surgery and had no problems. Granted - there are risks to any surgery. You would need to see an otolaryngologist (ear, nose, throat) dr. for the surgery.

How did you get meningitis? Did the ENT guy botch the surgery or something?!
