Hello Everyone,

I'm new to the message board, and tried to search for information about anyone following CRON (calorie restriction with optimal nutrition) and can't seem to find much. My question is....does anyone out there follow the CRON way of eating? I would love to hear from anyone with any insight. I have always been very aware of my eating habits...and TRY to eat healthy at all times. I'm a little obsessed, but that's another story... anyway, I won't even post how many calories I'm taking in b/c it's so low, I put everything eat into Fitday.com, and when I check my nutritional values for the day, I have met my requirements for almost everything daily ( I also take a multi-vitamin, calcium and omega pills). I'm female, 30 years old and 5'7 I weigh 150 pounds. The number on the scale drives me nuts! That's really the reason I'm so crazed with the "right" way to eat. I know I'll never weigh 120, but still 150 seems so high. I'm not large boned, but not small either. (I wear size 6-8 if that helps). Ok, I'm rambeling, but I would really like to hear form anyone who has any information on this. Thanks everyone!

Hi Diane. I found this site, which is pretty nice because it isn't really advertising anything... just some good information! Hope it helps!
