DOes anyone know if there is a big difference in the b complex 50 0r 100? I was taking the 100 and switched to the 50 and now feel like my energy level really dropped. I was afraid the 100 might be too much and I would get side effects and now I am so confused.

Hi Monarchangel...
I too take b vitamins on a regular basis. Do you take a complex with all the b's? I take the 50mg but I take 2 of them a day. And the week of PMS I take 4x50mg a day. This was on the advice of my homeopath and I mentioned it to my doctor and she said it was fine. All B's are water soluable and you will just pass what you don't need through your kidneys. The only one you have to watch is B6 but even 200mg of it a day is still well within the safe dosage....Hope this helps.L

Thanks for your response. Yes, I take the vitamin b 100 complex timed release. I think it's by pharmapure. Anyways, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't getting too much b/c I take it everyday. I do think it helps with pms, which is good.
