Thanks, I've had one CBC showing normal sodium and potassium:

sodium 138 Range 135 - 145 mmol/L
potassium 4.8 Range 3.3 - 5.1 mmol/L

And the normal Cortisol draw in the afternoon.

the above tests were done on a day when I felt pretty good, does that make a difference? Also, the sodium is on the low end and the potassium is on the high end.

I have good days, and very bad days, recently the bad outnumber the good.

Do you have any insight?

Sherry, The test you need is the ACTH stim. Your adrenals may be working better some days than others. You really need a good doc who will work with you to figure it out.

Keep a diary of how you feel. Try drinking bouillon 3 times a day when you are having the bad days & note if it helps. Don't let them tell you it is depression!!

Make sure you don't start steriod treatment without being diagnosed. It would really complicate things for you.
