Hi again
We've been told that my daughter has idiopahic tonic clonic seizures. All her tests have come back normal. But I can't help wondering if something could have caused her epilepsy-rather than it being just some quirk in her brain. So, somethings I wonder about are- I took zoloft when I was 7 months pregnant till she was 5 months old to prevent post partum depression, could this have done something to her? She fell off my bed a few months before her first seizure, could this have done something? Also her seizures started right around the time I weaned her off breast feeding.
Just curious, cause the docs told me no to all, but maybe....

Idiopathic means that no APPARENT cause for the seizures is known. It is sure possible one of those things could have caused it. Just can't tell for sure so they stick on idiopathic....
