I know I am probably reaching here, but does anyone know of any secrets to make you thighs appear thinner. In a couple of weeks I may have to go for an interview in a bikini in front of a panel ( yikes!!!). I am about 10 1bs over my normal weight and I feel that my thighs appear HUGE!! I have been doing a lot of weight lifting as well so they are a little more muscular than usual but I still have quit of bit of body fat to loose. Anyhow, I just wanted to know if anyone knew of any secrets to maybe make the appear thinner for the time being. I'm desprite! I just wish I had more time to get back to my normal self

Also if anyone knows of any tips on how to make your back side appear firmer...hee hee...

*Run, walk, or swim like crazy for the next few weeks.
*Drink plenty of water to avoid water retention which can lead to bloating.
*Shave, exfoliate and moisturize your legs.
*Get a tan (preferably fake). 99% of the bodybuilders at competitions have a dark tan which makes the body look more defined.

A tan definitley works. You can go to a spa and get a spray tan done. Apparently in some places the technician "sculpts" your legs with shading to make your legs look more defined!
Or try a body wrap just beforehand. It takes a few inches off your body for a day or so.
If you find a quick trick for your backside let me know!

Thanks for the advice guys. I have been doing spin classes and vigoursly doing cardio for 6 days a week for 3 weeks now, I'm drinking about a gallon of water a day - literally (I have to pee every 40 min), and I have tanned. I haven't tried the body wrap thing. I am going to look into that. Thanks again.
