Does anyone know how hard it is to coordinate a move with someone in hospice???

We are moving the 5th of next month.. I am trying to get everything set up so that it all runs smoothly.. I thought that medicare took care of my moms part of it.. You know, the ride to the new house etc. But it seems that they only cover rides to the hospital or a doctors appointment...

Waiting for the landlord to call and tell me if we can have access to the house a few days early because the company that provides the bed and oxygen wants to deliver the new things on the 3rd..Not the 5th because it is a holiday weekend.. AACK... Hospice is having a hard time finding a volenteer for us to sit with mom both on the day of moving and the next day to come back to the apartment to clean.. So now I am trying to find a family member or friend who is willing to sit with her on those days...AACK!!! Please...someone tell me it will all work out... I am sooo stressed.. Just want to take a nap and forget it all for an hour or two.. My mind is reeling!!! I WILL work this out..Right??
