I wonder if anyone can advise?
2 years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer and one of the book I read by a professor Plant suggested changing from normal milk to soya milk for things like breakfast cereal etc.
This I did, but today I received an e-newsletter from Real Health, their Daily Dose newsletter, which said that soya milk should be outlawed as it contributes to breast cancer (as well as other things).
I am now wondering if I have spent 2 years actually harming myself.
Any comments would be welcome.

If your cancer was estrogen positive you harming yourself.Ginseng tofu and anything with soy you should avoid. I got a list from cancer institute what to avoid to eat. Be very careful taking any remedies over the counter they may contain estrogen but it is not stated on the label.
